FAQ's for VIP Rewards Program

Where can I find out how many VIP Reward points I have: Go to Stephancori.co and click on the blue VIP Rewards button at the lower left hand corner of the website.

How do I login to my VIP Rewards member account: Click on the blue button at the bottom left corner of any page on our website labelled "VIP Rewards" and enter your email and password. If you have forgotten your password click on Forgot password and you will be directed to make a new one. Once you are logged in you will see how many points you have earned.

How do I redeem reward points for discounts on purchases:

1. Click on the "Your Rewards" tab just below where you see your points. You will then see a page labelled Your Rewards that has discounts that are available to you based on how many points you have.
2. Click on the discount reward you want to use and then click "copy discount".
3. Paste the discount code in your shopping cart at checkout in the field labelled "Gift card or discount code" click Apply and the discount will automatically adjust the amount to be paid and that's it!

How are my VIP Reward points calculated: VIP Reward points are calculated by the subtotal before taxes and shipping if applicable. You do not earn points on taxes or shipping fees.
